You will be responsible for supporting the performance of a busy sales branch ensuring targets are achieved new business is generated and client relationships are maintained.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Sales Manager:

• Leading and supporting day-to-day sales performance within the branch
• Driving new business generation and winning instructions
• Conducting valuations viewings and negotiating offers
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and applicants
• Supporting and motivating the sales team to achieve targets
• Ensuring high levels of customer service throughout the sales process

What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience within residential estate agency at Senior Sales Negotiator Assistant Sales Manager or Sales Manager level
• Strong track record of winning instructions and generating listings
• Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Experience in driving sales performance within a busy branch environment
• Ambitious approach with a focus on results and progression
• Strong local knowledge of Putney and surrounding South West London areas
• Full UK driving licence essential
