This is a hands-on management position for an ambitious estate agency professional with proven valuation and listing skills excellent local market knowledge and the confidence to lead a sales operation develop new business and maximise every opportunity within the local property market.

A candidate with strong estate agency experience and local knowledge would be ideal.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Sales Manager:

• Managing and motivating the sales team to achieve agreed targets and maximise branch performance
• Carrying out market appraisals valuations and winning new instructions
• Developing new business opportunities through prospecting networking and proactive local market activity
• Negotiating offers and sales through to successful completion while maintaining excellent client relationships
• Monitoring sales activity pipelines and performance identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective strategies
• Delivering a high level of customer service while helping to grow the branch and strengthen its presence within the local market

What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):

• Extensive previous experience within residential property sales
• Proven ability to win instructions through strong valuation and listing skills
• Previous supervisory or management experience within estate agency
• Confident negotiator with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ambitious self-motivated and commercially minded with a strong work ethic
• Professional articulate and smartly presented with a genuine commitment to customer service
• Strong local property knowledge of Hoddesdon and the surrounding area desirable
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car essential
