What Youll Be Doing

From day one youll gain exposure to both the commercial and technical sides of the business.

Youll be:

  • Building relationships with customers across your region
  • Visiting construction sites and customer locations
  • Learning how major construction projects operate
  • Working with contractors engineers and project managers
  • Identifying new business opportunities
  • Managing and growing customer accounts
  • Providing technical solutions to customer challenges
  • Working closely with depot operations and engineering teams
  • Developing your commercial awareness and sales skills

Every day is different giving you the opportunity to learn develop and build confidence in a customer-facing role.

Whats It Really Like

I expected the role to be mainly sales-focused but its so much more. Every day is different from visiting construction sites and meeting customers to working with engineers to solve technical challenges. Seeing a project go from an initial enquiry to equipment arriving safely on site is incredibly rewarding.
