We are currently recruiting for a Sales Executive to join a successful and growing business based in Northampton.

This is a varied role combining sales account management customer relationships and business development with the opportunity to attend exhibitions and industry events and build strong relationships with both existing and prospective customers.

• Manage and develop existing customer accounts
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Follow up enquiries leads and product samples
• Identify opportunities to increase sales and customer retention
• Attend exhibitions trade shows and industry events
• Support quotations product information and sales documentation
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records
• Liaise with internal teams to meet customer requirements
• Support the wider sales team with day-to-day activities

• IT literate with strong administrative skills

Previous experience in sales account management customer service or a commercial environment would be advantageous.
