About us and the opportunity


We are seeking a passionate focused self-starting and service-driven Aerospace Aviation Distribution Sales Executive to join our established growing team. This role may require some international travel from time to time to meet customers and attend trade shows and exhibitions. We are a rapidly growing company looking for people who have proven career success but are eager to continue developing within a dynamic organisation.


You will be required to be flexible with your working hours and the hybrid working requirement of the role to support and manage clients in other countries working to differing time zones as person attendance in our offices in Amersham at least one day per week is essential to integrate you with our teams and support your development. Additional onsite time will be agreed based on business need.

What will I be responsible for


Your key responsibilities include but are not limited to:


  • Identify pursue and secure new sales opportunities for distributed products and services
  • Using the company ERP system to process RFQs with pace and ensure our required speed of response is met
  • Conduct and keep up to date with market and technical research in our field
  • Monitoring measuring analysing and achieving KPIs
  • Build strong and lasting relationships with customers existing and prospective
  • Attending trade exhibitions conferences and industry networking opportunities
  • Organising and attending sales visits/meetings globally as required
  • Support the contribution and development of our company social media and marketing
  • Managing and processing enquiries requests for quotes and orders professionally and timely
  • Go above and beyond to make sure that every customers experience of us is exceptional
  • Share your knowledge and experience with the Flitetec team and play an active part in supporting and developing your colleagues


What youll bring to the role:


  • Proven experience in a similar sales or account management role within aerospace and aviation
  • Well-connected within the aerospace and aviation industry
  • Comfortable making contact with and building relationships with both cold and warm leads
  • Fine-tuned communication and inter-personal skills
  • Ambitious individual who wants to be part of shaping developing and delivering our next chapter
  • Enthusiasm to be a key player in our small but growing professional team
  • Eagerness to build or continue building a name for themselves in the industry.

Flitetec is a manufacturer of new and repaired and overhauled aircraft interior products and is certified for CAA Part 21 subpart G and EASA/CAA Part 145 release. We specialise in vacuum forming of polycarbonate materials overhauling and producing products such as meal trays seat backs aisle side shrouds centre console fairings in arm tray liners cocktail tables infills bump strips mirrors threshold strips monument and galley floor fitting covers.


Our customers include international and regional airlines OEM manufacturers MRO operators leasing companies in UK Europe North America Middle East and Far East.
