Location: Glasgow City Centre - Hybrid Office
Schedule: (MonThurs 8:45pm5:00pm Fri 8:45pm1:00pm)
Salary: DOE Monthly & Quarterly Bonuses
Contract: Full-Time Permanent (33 Hours/Week)

What Youll Do:
Build relationships with potential/existing customers
Generate decision-maker level appointments through B2B telephone calling
Present solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders
The ability to present product/solution information effectively.
Track leads and pipeline via CRM

Required Skills:
Essential - Previous B2B sales SDR lead generation or outbound experience - Strong communication skills both written and verbal - Confidence speaking with senior stakeholders - Self-motivated with strong personal accountability - Comfortable working in a target-driven environment - Positive resilient and adaptable mindset Ideal (But Not Essential) - Experience within tech SaaS or marketing environments - ABM or campaign-based sales experience - CRM experience - Experience booking appointments for senior sales teams
