Base to 40k Bonus

Someone on the SDR team just got promoted to Account Executive.
Thats not a footnote thats the whole point.
Were now looking for their replacement. Someone hungry driven and ready to learn what it actually takes to build a career in technology sales. Because if you do this role well the path forward is already proven.
So what does the role actually involve
Youll be working alongside a team of experienced Client Directors setting up the conversations that matter appointments meetings discovery calls with the right people at the right businesses. And you will get involved in the calls as a part of your development.
No closing. No complex pitches. Your job is to open doors.
But dont mistake simplicity for easy. The best SDRs are curious resilient and genuinely interested in the businesses theyre speaking to. They listen well handle objections confidently and understand that every great client relationship starts with one good conversation.
Youll be a great fit if you:
You have 1 year in an SDR role ideally in technology but not essential
Love talking to people and are naturally persuasive
Are ambitious and want a career in tech sales not just a job
Can handle rejection and come back stronger
Are organised consistent and take ownership of your activity
Have some experience in a sales customer-facing or outreach role (helpful but not essential attitude beats experience here)
