Role: Early Years Sales Development Representative

Location: London (Hybrid)

Salary: 35000 - 40000 plus uncapped commission (17k 20k OTE Y1)

Experience Required

• Recruitment / Sales experience would be hugely advantageous with experience in outbound prospecting: cold calling cold emailing social outreach
• Comfortable owning topoffunnel activity and booking new meetings
• Able to source new leads using tools such as LinkedIn or similar platforms
• Confident in maintaining accurate data and pipeline updates in a CRM
• Ability to capture market feedback and share insights with the internal team

What Youll Be Doing

• Building and managing a robust outbound pipeline
• Booking discovery calls with senior decisionmakers
• Conducting highvolume outreach across phone email and social channels
• Keeping CRM activity up to date with accurate forecasting
• Providing feedback to help strengthen value propositions and outbound campaigns
