Sales Development Representative EdTech SaaS London Hybrid
We are partnering with a high-growth EdTech business at a genuinely exciting point in its trajectory with a product that institutions rely on and a sales team that is scaling fast.

You will be joining a team that takes SDR development seriously. This is not a dialling factory. You will be trained properly supported by a strong management team and given a clear path into a closing role. The Role:
Based in London in a hybrid working model you will be responsible for generating qualified pipeline for the UK and Ireland sales team. You will prospect into higher education corporate learning and K-12 institutions qualify inbound leads and work closely with Account Executives to move opportunities forward.
What You Will Be Doing:
Prospecting and outreach across target accounts via email phone and LinkedIn.
Qualifying inbound leads and converting them into booked meetings for the Account Executive team.
Running outbound sequences across new and existing target accounts.
Maintaining accurate pipeline records and activity logs in CRM.
Working closely with Account Executives to align on target accounts and messaging.
Hitting and exceeding monthly activity and pipeline generation targets.
What We Are Looking For:
Some commercial experience whether in sales business development recruitment or a similar outreach-heavy role.
A genuine interest in building a career in SaaS sales.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable with high-volume outreach and hitting targets consistently.
Organised self-motivated and coachable.
Based in London with the right to work in the UK.
What Is On Offer:
Base salary of 40000 - 45000
OTE of up to 60000 with uncapped commission
Hybrid working London based
Clear progression path into a closing role
Strong onboarding and ongoing sales development support
