As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) youll be the first point of contact for prospective customers helping organizations solve complex identity and security challenges while building a successful career in enterprise technology sales.
This opportunity is based in London and offers a flexible hybrid working model combining collaboration in the office with the freedom to work remotely.

What Youll Be Doing
Qualify and Engage Inbound Leads
Act quickly to engage and qualify marketing-generated leads including:
Demo and meeting requests
Contact Us enquiries
Webinar and event attendees
Whitepaper and content downloads
Understand Customer Challenges
Conduct consultative discovery conversations to uncover:
Identity verification requirements
Security and compliance challenges
Business objectives and desired outcomes
Drive Pipeline Growth
Research and prioritize accounts using:
Outreach
LinkedIn
Intent data platforms
Sales intelligence tools
Ensure every opportunity entering the sales pipeline is properly qualified and positioned for success.
Collaborate Across Teams
Work closely with Sales and Marketing stakeholders to:
Develop account engagement strategies
Execute follow-up plans
Transition qualified opportunities to Account Executives
Become a Trusted Expert
Develop deep knowledge of Entrusts identity security portfolio including:
Identity Verification
Identity & Access Management (IAM)
Electronic & Digital Signing
Authentication and Trust Solutions
What Were Looking For
Basic Qualifications
Comfortable initiating conversations with senior business leaders and executives
Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Positive coachable and collaborative mindset
Self-motivated with a desire to achieve ambitious goals
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using Salesforce Outreach Salesloft or similar sales technologies
Familiarity with LinkedIn Apollo or other prospecting and research tools
Previous experience in sales business development lead generation or customer-facing roles
Interest in cybersecurity SaaS identity or enterprise technology solutions
Fluency in one or more European languages is highly desirable
