What Were Looking For
Level 3 Early Years qualification
Previous experience as a Room LeaderSenior Nursery Practitioner or similar senior role
Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
Excellent leadership communication and organisational skills
Experience supporting and mentoring colleagues
A nurturing and child-centred approach to childcare

Key Responsibilities
Lead the day-to-day running of your designated room
Support and motivate practitioners to deliver outstanding early years practice
Plan and oversee engaging activities that promote childrens learning and development
Create a safe stimulating and inclusive environment where children can thrive
Encourage outdoor learning and make full use of the nurserys purpose-built outdoor spaces
Monitor childrens progress through observations and assessments
Build strong relationships with children families and colleagues
Promote high standards of care safeguarding and EYFS practice throughout the room
