Risk and Control Analyst

• Support delivery of control objectives set by Group Internal Controls
• Maintain and update documented control descriptions across Group Functions
• Partner with control owners to ensure timely and complete execution of key controls
• Manage control evidence and ensure records remain accurate and up to date
• Support control testing issue tracking and remediation activities
• Contribute to ICFR reporting attestations and audit or assurance requests

• Exposure to risk controls audit finance or governance
• Developing understanding of internal control frameworks and ICFR
• Willingness to learn control design implementation and testing approaches
• Good communication skills with finance and business stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to manage tasks and work effectively within a team
