Part-Time Store Supervisor
Are you a dynamic and experienced retail professional looking for a part-time supervisory role Join our team at our Manchester Trafford store as a Part-Time Store Supervisor!
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily store operations and maintain store standards
- Ensure products are displayed attractively and in an organized manner
- Open and close the store
- Handle customer inquiries complaints and returns
- Manage sales targets and monitor inventory levels
- Ensure staff adherence to company policies and procedures
- Conduct staff training and development
Requirements:
- Previous retail experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings
This role is 20 hours per week paying 13.10 per hour.
