Key Responsibilities
Daily operations ensuring smooth service across lunch and dinner
Team leadership supporting and guiding frontofhouse staff
Guest experience maintaining exceptional service standards
Training & development helping new team members grow
Coordination with kitchen ensuring seamless communication

Previous experience in a supervisory role
