This is a heartwarming opportunity for compassionate providers who love making a difference! We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.
Are you looking for a chance to brighten the life of another in your spare time A loving family in Darlington is looking for a respite provider for a woman with special needs. Experience with Alzheimers Disease a plus but most importantly someone who possesses a big heart.
Wage: $19.31 per hour
Schedule:
Monday Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 6 AM to 7 AM
(If you are unable to do these hours then just doing respite on occasional weekends works too!)
Responsibilities:
Attending to Activities of Daily Living
o Bathingo Toiletingo Dressingo Groomingo Meal Prepo Medication Administration
Transportation to and from outings and appointments
Ensuring Safety and Comfort
Qualifications:
Age 18 or older at start of employment
Experience working with adults with Downs Syndrome and Alzheimers is a plus
Willing to undergo a background check
