Job Summary
Location: Birmingham and surrounding areas (within 15 miles of Birmingham City Centre)
Pay Rate: 13.21 per hour
Contract Type: Relief / Flexible Hours
We are currently recruiting for a Relief Security Officer to provide cover across multiple sites within a 15-mile radius of Birmingham City Centre. This role is ideal for flexible and professional security officers who can adapt to different locations and site requirements.
Providing a visible and professional security presence
Conducting patrols and site inspections
Managing access and egress control
Responding to incidents and emergencies
Completing accurate incident and shift reports
Delivering excellent customer service at all times
Valid SIA Licence
Strong communication and customer service skills
Flexible approach to working hours and locations
Reliable and professional attitude
Ability to travel across the Birmingham area
Fixed pay rate of 13.21 per hour
No guaranteed hours
Travel expenses are not provided
Shifts may vary depending on operational requirements
