We are looking for an enthusiastic friendly and resilient person to join our Library team as azero-hourVariable Relief Library Assistant primarily for holiday and sickness cover. This role requires flexibility to cover all operating hours at Trowbridge and Bradford-On-Avon Libraries including evenings until 7pm (weekdays) and Saturdays.
As aRelief Library Assistant you willassistcustomers with queries helpthem to find books and informationand support them with willhelp keep the library looking attractive by shelving displays and promoting our stock and resources.
Public library experience is not essential as we will train you in all aspects of library work.
As a casual worker you will have no fixed hours and will work on an as-needed basis depending on Wiltshire Councils requirements and your availability. You are not obligated to be available and the council is not obliged to offer you work.
