Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN) Days or Nights

22.00 per hour Day or Night Shifts Permanent Luxury Nursing Home

This is an excellent opportunity for a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join a beautifully designed luxury nursing home for older adults with permanent day or night shifts available. What Youll Need

  • Active NMC registration as an RGN or RMN.
  • Previous experience working within a nursing home or older adult care environment.
  • Strong clinical skills and confidence managing residents individual nursing needs.
  • Good knowledge of safeguarding DoLS and person-centred care.
  • Confidence with medication management care planning and clinical documentation.
  • Ability to recognise and respond appropriately to changes in residents health.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A compassionate and professional approach to supporting older adults.

Your Role

  • Deliver safe effective and person-centred nursing care to residents.
  • Administer and manage medication in accordance with NMC standards.
  • Complete clinical assessments and maintain accurate care plans and records.
  • Monitor residents physical and emotional wellbeing and respond to changes in their condition.
  • Support and guide care colleagues to maintain high standards throughout each shift.
  • Promote residents dignity independence and individual choices.
  • Build positive relationships with residents relatives and external healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain high standards of safeguarding infection control and clinical practice.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider nursing and management team to ensure residents receive consistently high-quality care.
