Regional Manager

ECL are looking for a Regional Manager to cover West Essex to provide multi-site leadership to our Day Centres.

You will be an experienced social care manager who understands the needs of older adults and working-aged adults with a learning disability and/or autism. Youll be highly motivated to ensure high quality service delivery whilst keeping an eye on the social care market and introducing new initiatives that strengthen performance.

Youll have direct line management responsibility for managers who oversee the day to day running of our services be confident managing multiple budgets and able to balance the demands of overseeing multiple operational sites. Youll be an effective communicator comfortable delivering presentations to external stakeholders managing and mentoring staff and working alongside people who access our services. A strong commercial acumen to support the delivery of ECLs business strategy is key.
