What Youll Be Doing
Were looking for a Recruiter to join our growing London team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your recruitment career within a leading engineering consultancy that values Excellence Accountability Integrity and Service.
In this role youll take ownership of end-to-end recruitment for a variety of engineering roles helping us connect exceptional technical talent with major clients such as Airbus Rolls-Royce and Thales.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Talent Sourcing & Attraction
- Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver effective sourcing strategies.
- Use multiple channels job boards LinkedIn social media networking events and referrals to attract top-tier engineering talent.
Screening & Selection
- Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidates technical and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a proactive pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future projects.
Candidate Experience
- Ensure every candidate enjoys a smooth professional and engaging recruitment process.
- Communicate ALTENs culture and values clearly throughout their journey.
Data & Reporting
- Track key recruitment metrics to improve performance and efficiency.
- Share insights and recommendations to continuously enhance recruitment strategies.
Requirements
