As the first face patients see when they walk into Truly youll set the tone for their entire experience. Youll manage the front desk coordinate appointments support the clinical team and make sure every patient feels welcomed and cared for.

• Welcoming patients and managing reception

• Booking rescheduling and confirming appointments

• Handling incoming calls and emails professionally

• Processing payments and managing patient records (GDPR compliant)

• Coordinating between patients and clinical team

• Maintaining a tidy welcoming reception area

• Supporting the Practice Manager with admin tasks

• Previous reception or customer-facing experience (dental/medical is a plus)

• Strong English communication both written and spoken

• Confident with practice management software (Dentally Exact SOE - training provided)

• Multitasker with attention to detail

• Warm professional calm under pressure

• GDPR awareness

• Right to work in Ireland or the UK

• This role is based onsite at Truly Hull: Unit 8 M Park Kingston Holderness Road Hull HU9 2AA.

• The clinic is expected to open in November 2026 with clinical team members starting from October to support training and setup.

• Candidates must be flexible to work on a shift/rota basis.

• The clinic will operate Monday to Sunday between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.
