Euxton Hall Hospital/Buckshaw Hospital - Chorley and Fulwood Hospital Hospital - Preston

37.5 Hours Per Week

We are looking for an enthusiastic professional individual who will have an understanding of good customer care to join our team.

This position comprises face to face contact with patients consultants all hospital departments and members of the public telephone contact with patients.

The hospital opened in 1983 and is one of Lancashires leading private hospitals with an excellent reputation for delivering high quality healthcare for patients with health insurance patients who are self-funding treatment or NHS patients exercising choice through the e-referral system.

What youll bring with you:

• Proven experience in administration and customer service

• Hospital experience preferred but not essential

• Keyboard Skills

• Good attention to detail and accuracy

• The ability to make decisions and use your initiative

• Strong communication skill

• A flexible and positive attitude
