Spire Shawfair Park Hospital has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Radiographer to join our Imaging Department on a permanent basis.

As part of our growing imaging team you will have the opportunity to work across both MRI and General Radiography services delivering outstanding patient care in a modern technically advanced environment. This role also offers an excellent development pathway for Radiographers with an interest in expanding their skills into Cardiac Catheter Laboratory (Cath Lab) Imaging supported through training and professional

Located on the outskirts of Edinburgh Spire Shawfair Park Hospital is a purpose-built private hospital offering a wide range of diagnostic surgical and outpatient services. Duties and responsibilities:

• Working as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Delivering high-quality imaging services to a range of patients within the department and in theatres
• Interpreting patient data using all relevant components to assist in making accurate clinical diagnoses
• Maintaining high clinical and professional standards while ensuring an exceptional patient experience
• Supporting service development and contributing to continuous quality improvement initiatives

Who we are looking for:

• Valid HCPC registration
• BSc in Radiography or equivalent qualification
• General Radiography experience and ideally MR experience but not essential
• Ability to work efficiently independently and as part of a wider team
• Excellent attention to detail with high levels of technical knowledge
• An interest in developing specialist skills including progression into Cath Lab imaging
