Rate of Pay: 299.00 - 378.53 per day
Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the commercial and contractual aspects of construction projects including cost control procurement forecasting risk management valuations and contract administration. You will work closely with project teams subcontractors stakeholders and operational teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and in line with company procedures and governance.
Responsibilities:
Cost forecasting budgeting and financial reporting
Contract and subcontract administration
Procurement and supply chain management
Managing risk compensation events and change control
Cost/value reconciliation and profitability forecasting
Working with NEC and JCT contracts
Qualifications:
Degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline
Essential Requirements:
Previous experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within construction/projects
Good knowledge of NEC and/or JCT contracts
Strong commercial contractual and cost management experience
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively within project teams

You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
