Aboutthe role:

Aspart of the Commercial Team the Quantity Surveyor will;
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and pricing for EV installation projects andongoing services covering design supply chain installation and connectionworks.
- Review drawings specifications and tender documents to produce clear billsof quantities and commercial pricing models.
- Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations alongside Procurement andCommercial teams to ensure best value compliance and risk control.
- Partner with project and design teams to validate quantities assess buildmethodologies and ensure costs align with budgets.
- Support value engineering cost optimisation and risk management to protectmargins and deliver against commercial KPIs.
- Engage confidently with internal and external stakeholders to ensure pricingvariations and cost reporting are transparent competitive and clientfocused.

Whowere looking for:

Tobe successful in this role youll ideally have
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Estimator within constructiongrid connections M&E installations energy or EV environments.
- Strong knowledge of construction and electrical systems with a clearunderstanding of relevant regulations and standards.
- Experience in managing and executing standard construction contracts such asJCT or NEC 34.
- Advanced experience using estimating software and digital tools with acontinuousimprovement mindset for accurate and efficient cost management.
- A great attitude very reliable self-sufficient and confident
