Overview

We are currently seeking a dedicated Quality Manager to join one a highly a highly reputable client focused on food production.

Salary: 40k

Hours: 7:30 to 4:30pm

Within 3 miles of North Cave HU15.

Travel: rear occasion international / national

Duties

- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures

- Conduct regular quality audits to identify areas for improvement

- Analyse data to determine areas of weakness and implement corrective actions

- Collaborate with production teams to establish quality control processes

- Level 3-4 HACCP TACCP & VACCP qualifications

- Manage a team of four

Experience

- Proven experience in a quality management role

- Strong analytical skills to analyse data and identify trends

- In-depth knowledge of HACCP principles

- Excellent communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders

- Ability to lead a team effectively in maintaining high-quality standards

Desirable Qualifications

• Level 4 Food hygiene qualification.
• NEBOSH / IOSH qualification.
• Lead auditor qualifications
• Internal auditor qualifications
