Quality Analyst – Training Standards

Full-time role 37.5 hours a week FTC until end March 2027

HMS Sultan Portsmouth

Due to the nature of this role you must be eligible for UK Security Clearance at SC level.

What youll be doing

• Conduct post-course discussions with trainees to gather feedback and assess the effectiveness of training delivery.
• Observe lessons and assess instructors to ensure training is delivered in line with JSP 822 DSAT standards and agreed criteria.
• Provide quality assurance and internal validation activities across training courses and modules.
• Maintain accurate assessment records data and reporting systems to support training quality monitoring.
• Contribute to quality improvement plans by identifying trends sharing insights and recommending improvements.
• Support quality control activities while ensuring health safety and environmental procedures are followed at all times.

• Knowledge of the education sector
• Confidence to hold a conversation with a large number of people

Desirable Skills/Experience/Qualifications

• Previous experience of working in QA
