A Property Management Team Leader is required to join a busy residential lettings team in Leatherhead supporting the day-to-day management of a property portfolio while helping to maintain high standards of service and compliance.

This role would suit an experienced Senior Property Manager who is ready to take on greater responsibility without moving away from the hands-on side of property management.

You will support and guide the property management team assist with more complex issues monitor processes and help ensure landlords and tenants receive a professional and responsive service.

Strong knowledge of lettings legislation compliance maintenance and tenancy procedures is essential together with the confidence to provide guidance and support to colleagues. An ARLA qualification would be helpful.

What youll be doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Property Manager Team Leader:

• Managing a portfolio of residential properties while supporting the wider property management team
• Providing day-to-day guidance and support to Property Managers and helping to maintain consistent service standards
• Overseeing maintenance compliance tenancy matters and other property management processes
• Dealing with complex landlord and tenant issues providing guidance and assisting with escalated matters
• Monitoring team workloads processes and deadlines to ensure properties are managed efficiently and in accordance with legislation
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords tenants contractors and colleagues while supporting the continued development of the team

• Proven experience within residential property management
• Strong knowledge of lettings legislation compliance and tenancy procedures
• Previous experience supporting mentoring or guiding colleagues within a property management environment
• ARLA qualification desirable
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Highly organised with the ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively
• Confident in dealing with complex property management issues and resolving problems professionally
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
