Working closely with the inspections team you will coordinate appointments manage diaries oversee tenancy documentation and support deposit administration.
The successful candidate will help ensure compliance standards are maintained while delivering excellent service to landlords tenants and internal colleagues.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Property Inspections Team Coordinator:
- Coordinating property inspections inventories and check-out appointments
- Managing diaries and arranging appointments for the inspections team
- Administering deposit releases and tenancy deposit negotiations
- Monitoring compliance requirements and inventory documentation
- Liaising with landlords tenants branches and third-party providers
- Providing administrative support to the inspections and property teams

- Current or previous experience within residential lettings
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workloads
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proactive and positive approach to work
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good IT skills including Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to learn new systems and technology quickly
