Your profile:
Youll support the delivery of construction projects from initial planning through to completion working closely with clients consultants and contractors to ensure projects are delivered successfully.
- Chartered (MRICS MCIOB APM) or working towards chartered status.
- At least 2 years experience in a construction project management consultancy role.
- Experience delivering projects from inception through to completion.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at the same time.
- Good understanding of construction procurement and contract administration.
- Experience managing project budgets programmes and risks.
- Knowledge of JCT NEC or similar contracts.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive organised and solutions-focused approach.
- Experience with Asta Powerproject or MS Project would be beneficial.
