Pay Range: 37800 - 62250

Placement within the salary range will vary depending on experience qualifications geographic location and internal equity considerations.

The Project Manager willbe responsible forplanning executing and closing projects within the Reagent Solutions a pivotal role in driving strategic high impact projects that enable our customers towards innovation and life-changing breakthroughs. This role offers the opportunity of managing multiple projects of differing types and scopes. You will play a crucial role in planning executing and closing projects while ensuring that they meet allobjectiveswithin scope time and budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the scope goals deliverablestimelinesand roadblocks of projects in collaboration with relevant project stakeholders.

• Create and maintain detailed project schedulesand resource plans by closelymonitoringtimelinesidentifyingpotential delays and implementing corrective actions as needed.

• Monitor project progressidentifyrisks and implement corrective actions.

• Establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders including appropriate staff in the organization on the progress of the project.

• Ensure that the project deliverables are on time within budget and at the required level of quality.
• Evaluate the outcomes of the project asestablishedduring the planning phase
• Facilitate project meetingsmaintaindocumentation and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve projectobjectives.

• Maintain clear and open communication with all project stakeholders ensuring they are informed of project progresschallengesand milestones.
• Provide direction and support to project team toeliminateroadblocksacquireresources and overcome schedule constraints

• Present reports defining project progressproblemsand solutions
• Anticipate project roadblocks and engage relevant resources to address
• Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project output

Education and Experience

• Bachelors degree in a STEM field (Biological Sciences Biochemistry Biotechnology Engineering etc.) required
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience in biotech life sciences or academia.
• Experience with ISO 9001 GMP ISO 13485 compliance
• Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies

Knowledge Skills and Abilities

• Skilled in problem solving; working with the Project Team assessing problem situations to identify causes gather and process relevant information generate possible solutions and make recommendations that meet company goal
• Proficiencyin project scheduling software (such as Smartsheet Microsoft Project etc.) Simple accounting Data base management spreadsheets Standard Office software (Microsoft Office)
• Strong organizational skills: Setting priorities developing a work schedule monitoring progress towards goals and tracking details/data/information/activities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication andproblem solvingskills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
• Ability to work cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals resolve problems and make decisions that enhance project effectiveness.
• Skilled in decision making; Strong ability to assess situations todeterminethe importanceurgencyand risks and make clear decisions which aretimelyand in the best interests of the organization.
• Skilled in planning todeterminestrategies to move the project forward create and implement actions to minimize delays andanticipaterequirements/actions tomaintainschedule.
