Were looking for a motivated and compassionate team member to join us as a Project Lead within our Children and Young Peoples Service.
This is a fantastic opportunity to build on your experience of working with family carers or disadvantaged young people and develop your skills in a supportive values-driven environment.
What youll be doing as a Project Lead
Work alongside the Project Manager to lead the delivery of services for children and young people with caring responsibilities while managing and supporting a team of Young Carer Advisers.
Identify assess and respond to the needs of young carers adopting a whole-family approach and connecting families with community-based support to improve wellbeing and achieve sustainable outcomes.
Build and maintain partnerships with educational settings and external organisations to create respite and development opportunities helping young carers build life skills increase resilience and achieve positive future outcomes.

Were looking for an enthusiastic compassionate and organised individual who is passionate about making a positive difference to the lives of children and young people with caring responsibilities.
Youll be someone who thrives on building positive relationships empowering young people and families and working collaboratively with colleagues and partner organisations to make a meaningful difference.
Youll bring experience of supporting children young people families carers or other vulnerable groups along with a strong understanding of person-centred approaches and the challenges that can impact wellbeing.
As a confident and supportive leader youll be able to motivate and develop others providing guidance and oversight to ensure high-quality support is delivered.
Most importantly youll share our values and have a genuine passion for helping children and young people with caring responsibilities build confidence develop life skills and improve their wellbeing.
An enhanced DBS will be required for this post.
