What Youll Do Here:
- Schedule work crews and assist with site inspections locates and permits
- Prepare and manage job trackers to oversee project status
- Submit progress billings with relevant backupInterface with client representatives and take ownership of assigned projects
- Manage inventory procure specialty materials/tools and maintain small tool certifications
- Be aware of equipment status monitor idling/utilization reports and correct misallocations
- Assist with vendor pricing agreements and subcontractor safety documentation
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and Environmental standards
- Review Quality Assurance non-conformances and follow up with training
- Organize yard materials/equipment and process incoming shipments in collaboration with the project team
- Analyze operational data and generate reports for customersDeliver rush materials/tools to crews and perform other duties as required
What You Bring to the Team:
- A recent graduate in Civil Electrical or Construction Technology ready to apply your technical foundation in a practical project environment
- 13 years of relevant experience in construction or related fields motivated fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
- Exposure to utility construction is considered a strong asset
- Proficiency in MS Excel Word and MS Project with the ability to organize analyze and present project information effectively
- Strong communication organization adaptability and a selfdriven approach to learning and problemsolving
- A collaborative teamoriented mindset with a commitment to supporting project success
- Self-started with an eagerness to expand knowledge base and grow with the team
- Valid drivers license for travel to project sites as and when required
Reason for Vacancy: Replacement
The expected pay range for this role $58000 - $70000 per year
Individual pay is determined based on several factors such as work location education experience and unique skills.
