What Youll Do
Assist the Project Manager with all phases of retail construction projects from estimates and bids to schedules site coordination and close-out.
Liaise with site supervisors subcontractors and clients to ensure timelines budgets and quality standards are met.
Manage documentation invoicing cost tracking and Health & Safety requirements.
What You Bring
Diploma/degree in Construction Project Management Architectural Technologies or related field.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs.
Strong organizational problem-solving and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to travel when required.
