We are seeking an experienced Project Controls Manager with strong project management planning scheduling cost management and risk management skills. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication abilities.

• Coordinate and manage multiple projects.

• Develop and manage project budgets and cost controls.

• Identify and mitigate project risks.

• Lead and motivate project control teams.

• Manage relationships with clients contractors and senior management.

• Present complex information clearly to stakeholders.

• Analyze project data for actionable insights.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

• Manage changes in project scope schedule and budge.

• Bachelors degree in engineering Construction Management Project Management or related field (Masters or MBA preferred).

• PMP PRINCE2 Practitioner or equivalent certification.

• Experience in project controls and managerial role.

• Proficiency in project controls software (Primavera P6 MS Project).

• Advanced MS Excel skills.

• Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills.

• Strategic thinking and attention to detail.

• Adaptability and high ethical standards.

• Commitment to continuous improvement.
