Job Summary

Are you passionate about health and care in Wales and interested in engaging and supporting senior leaders The Welsh NHS Confederation is seeking a talented Programme Support Officer to join our dynamic team to support the organisations relationships with our members NHS leaders from across Wales.

What youll do:

As a Programme Support Officer in our Welsh NHS Confederation team you will:

  • Coordinate peer group meetings and programme activities that bring together NHS leaders from across Wales
  • Provide high quality administrative support including preparing agendas and meeting documentation.
  • Build strong relationships with members and being a key point of contact.
  • Support the day-to-day delivery of the programme by responding to queries maintaining accurate records and working collaboratively with colleagues.

You will be working as part of a small team to help achieve strategic and business objectives of the Programme by supporting a number of the NHS Wales Executive Peer Groups such as Public Health Directors or Directors of Digital. You will work closely with the Membership Engagement Manager and Senior Programme Support Officer to support the effective delivery of peer groups and programme activities contributing to the successful running of the programme infrastructure.
