Job Summary
About The Role
As a Programme Officer you will you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of our Supporting Armed Forces Reserves in healthcare programme. You will:

Support engagement and networking activities
-
Work as part of the team to help with the administration and organisation of the programme maintaining effective administrative systems answering queries and supporting the maintenance of webpage content.

Prepare and coordinate high-quality event materials including agendas presentations training resources and joining instructions.

Communicate with delegates clients speakers and venues and respond to event enquiries.

Provide event logistics support take notes and minutes and manage event surveys to gather feedback and support programme reporting.

Maintain and update programme and training materials to ensure quality accuracy and consistency.
About You
You will be a team player with the ability to build effective relationships and work collaboratively across teams and stakeholders. As well as having excellent communication skills you will:

Have ahigh attention to detail and the ability to manage workloads meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results

Be confident using data and insight to support decision-making solve problems and identify opportunities for improvement.

Be able to support change initiatives adapt to new ways of working and continuously develop skills and knowledge.
