Programme Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale transformation programmes from planning through to delivery.
• Manage multiple projects and workstreams at the same time.
• Develop programme plans budgets governance and reporting.
• Lead Project Managers and Business Analysts.
• Manage risks issues dependencies and change requests.
• Drive business readiness implementation and transition activities.
• Track programme costs benefits and overall value.
• Build strong relationships with clients and senior stakeholders.
• Provide clear updates and recommendations to executive teams.

What We Are Looking For

Essential

• Strong Life & Pensions experience.
• Proven experience leading complex transformation programmes.
• Experience managing Project Managers and delivery teams.
• Strong programme governance planning and risk management skills.
• Experience managing budgets forecasts and benefits.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Agile Waterfall and hybrid delivery methods.

Desirable

• Experience delivering large-scale business transformation.
• Financial services outsourcing or service-provider experience.
• Experience with operating model change automation or platform modernisation.
• MSP PRINCE2 PMP or similar qualifications.
