Programme Leader (Current Car)

As Programme Leader-Current Car youll be responsible for driving the delivery of key activities across Aston Martins current vehicle programmes ensuring engineering changes quality improvements cost targets and programme milestones are achieved successfully.

Sitting at the centre of multiple business functions youll coordinate activity across Engineering Finance Purchasing Design Launch Planning and Programme teams bringing clarity structure and momentum to complex projects.

This is a role that combines technical understanding with programme leadership.

Youll be responsible for monitoring programme health managing engineering change introductions developing and tracking release plans supporting cost management activities and driving the resolution of concerns that could impact quality timing or delivery. Youll analyse programme performance identify risks and work with stakeholders to develop effective recovery plans when challenges arise.
