Production & Inventory Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive and detail-focused Production & Inventory Coordinator to join our Co-Pack is a varied role that sits at the heart of our operation acting as a key link between customers warehouse teams and production. You will be responsible for managing customer orders creating production paperwork and labels maintaining accurate stock information and helping to ensure products are delivered to the highest standards.

No two days are the same. Priorities can change quickly so were looking for someone who is organised adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where customer requirements and operational demands evolve throughout the day.

This role would be well suited to a candidate with experience as a Warehouse Administrator Stock or Inventory Clerk Production Administrator Logistics Administrator Operations Administrator or Supply Chain Coordinator!

Day to Day

• Create and maintain accurate production paperwork labels and supporting documentation.
• Manage customer orders from receipt through to completion ensuring customer requirements are clearly communicated and achieved.
• Maintain accurate records across inventory production and order management systems.
• Monitor stock levels and inventory accuracy investigating and resolving discrepancies where required.
• Act as a professional point of contact for customers responding to queries and providing regular updates.
• Coordinate closely with warehouse and production teams to ensure customer expectations are met.
• Support production planning activities to ensure materials and documentation are available when needed.
• Investigate operational issues and work collaboratively to identify solutions.
• Ensure product and stock information is maintained accurately and in line with operational requirements.

What will you bring

• Experience working within a warehouse logistics supply chain stock control inventory or production environment.
• Good understanding of stock flow and operational processes.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy with analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Confident using computer systems and learning new software packages.
• Ability to create and maintain accurate paperwork labels and operational documentation.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Professional and confident communication skills both written and verbal.
• Ability to build positive working relationships with customers and colleagues.
• A flexible and agile approach remaining effective when priorities change throughout the day.
• Ability to work independently take ownership of tasks and manage workload effectively.

Desirable

• Experience within food production food manufacturing grocery or FMCG environments.
• Stock control or inventory management experience.
• Knowledge of batch control product traceability or expiry date management.
• Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) inventory management system or ERP platform.

Previous experience with SAP is not required. Full training will be provided on all company systems and processes.
