What will you be doing 

Were seeking a talented Product Manager to join our team in Bracknell. As a Product Manager your mission is to bridge the gap between business vision and technical excellence. Youll be the human technical interface translating complex concepts into actionable solutions for our colleagues at Evelyn Partners. This role combines product expertise agile methodologies and a deep understanding of wealth management.

Youll be an ambassador for all COO Functions delighting our stakeholders and users alike through successful product strategy impeccable delivery and proactive engagement.

As Product Manager - Platforms your responsibilities will include among others:

• Act as the key link between business stakeholders COO Functions and technology teams ensuring business objectives are translated into effective product and platform solutions.
• Manage and shape demand for new initiatives assessing requests defining scope and ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
• Gather analyse and refine business requirements transforming stakeholder needs into clear user stories business outcomes and actionable delivery plans.
• Identify and articulate the benefits success criteria and expected outcomes of change initiatives ensuring value can be measured and realised.
• Own and maintain a prioritised product backlog ensuring work is appropriately governed prioritised and aligned to quarterly planning objectives.
• Champion the client and user experience by understanding end-to-end customer journeys identifying pain points and driving continuous improvements to products and services.

Qualifications :

To be successful in this role you should:

• Experienced Product Manager / Business Analyst with a proven ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels across business and technology functions.
• Experienced in Agile and Product Management methodologies working collaboratively with stakeholders and delivery teams to define prioritise and deliver valuable business solutions from inception through implementation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite JIRA Confluence MIRO and project management tools to support product delivery collaboration and reporting.
• Strong project planning capabilities including roadmap development critical path analysis dependency tracking and end-to-end delivery management.
• Skilled at translating complex technical concepts into clear business-focused language for executives end users and operational teams enabling informed decision-making.
• Experienced in evaluating solution designs delivery approaches support models and change initiatives including impact assessments dependency management and identification of programme overlaps.

Desired: 

• Knowledgeable in Wealth Management operations with an understanding of Investment Management and Financial Planning processes products and client journeys is preferred but not essential. 
• Familiar with Wealth Management terminology regulatory considerations and business processes enabling effective collaboration with front-office and operational teams is preferred but not essential. 
• Training certifications/qualification(s) - Computing Product/Project Management Agile Methods/Toolsets are desired but not essential.
