About the role
AsProduct Manager youwill take ownership of areas of software within Smartodds architecturefrom requirements gathering prioritisationroadmapand client handover.
Working across multiple projects with different clients and end usersyouwilloversee and contribute to product delivery within the Smartodds project framework.
KeyResponsibilities
Conduct requirements analysis and documentation for a given product area
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to take ownership of the area roadmap with a key contribution to the overall Smartodds roadmap
Communicate delivery timeline and updates to internal and external stakeholders
Define scope of projects balancing tech debt with business requirements
Schedule and run project meetings such as stand ups releasemeetingsand retrospectives
Ensure smooth delivery of releases working with clients and support teams through UAT and training
Skills & Experience
Required
Demonstrated relevant industry experience inproduct management typically around 5 years
Knowledge ofvarioussoftware developmentmethodologies (Kanban Agile Waterfall)
Proven ability to communicate withstakeholders at all levelsfrom end users to board-level executives
Strong project management skills including the ability to prioritise multiple work items based on urgency and business impact
High attention to detail
Preferred
Understanding of UX/UI
Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude and Copilot
Keen Interest in Sport
