Product Manager

Were looking for a Product Manager to take ownership of flatfairs core tenancy protection products including No Deposit flatfair Deposit and Tenant Guarantor.

These are established revenue-generating products used by tenants landlords and property partners across the UK. Your job is to understand where they can work better decide what matters most and turn those opportunities into improvements that deliver real customer and commercial value.

Youll be part of a small Product & Technology team so this is a hands-on role with plenty of ownership.

• Own and develop the roadmap for your product area.

• Use customer feedback data and commercial insight to identify and prioritise opportunities.

• Shape problems and requirements with stakeholders and work closely with engineers through delivery.

• Map customer journeys and turn ideas into clear flows prototypes and early concepts.

• Use AI confidently to accelerate research prototyping design thinking documentation and day-to-day product work.

• Break larger opportunities into practical achievable pieces of work.

• Support launches measure what happens afterwards and use what you learn to decide what comes next.

• Look for ways to improve adoption remove friction and increase the value our products create.

Youll already have some solid Product experience behind you and be ready to take greater ownership of an important product area.

Youll bring:

• experience taking product work from problem definition through to delivery and measurement

• good judgement when balancing customer commercial and technical needs

• confidence working closely with software engineers

• a practical understanding of customer journeys UX and product discovery

• confidence using AI tools to make yourself more effective across research prototyping and product development

• an ability to combine data with customer and stakeholder insight

• strong communication and stakeholder skills

• curiosity initiative and a willingness to get into the detail.

Experience in proptech fintech insurtech SaaS or another business with transactional customer journeys would be useful but isnt essential.

Youll be working on products that sit at the centre of real rental journeys and already have meaningful customer usage and commercial importance.

Were a small team which means youll be close to the engineers building the product the teams speaking to customers and partners every day and the senior people making decisions about where we go next.
