Job title: Procurement Data and Insights Specialist
Location: Royston London - hybrid.

The role:


As a Procurement Data and Insights Specialist you will help drive our goals by:

  • Developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards that provide actionable insights into global procurement spend performance trends opportunities and risks

  • Supporting the collection validation and analysis of spend data across sectors regions and business units to improve visibility and decision making

  • Partnering with category managers to deliver reporting and analytics that support category strategies across direct and indirect spend areas

  • Identifying cost optimisation and savings opportunities through detailed spend analysis and market data interpretation

  • Reviewing complex bills of materials and indirect cost structures to challenge assumptions and highlight improvement opportunities

  • Communicating reporting outputs insights and recommendations to stakeholders across procurement finance and senior leadership teams.

Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:

  • Ability to translate data into clear business insights and recommendations for a range of stakeholders

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills including presenting findings to senior audiences

  • Experience creating and enhancing Power BI dashboards reports and data visualisations

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex procurement cost and spend datasets

  • Experience working within procurement supply chain sourcing commercial or finance environments (nice to have)

  • Advanced Excel and data management skills with a focus on reporting accuracy and data quality.
