Process Design Engineer
Job Summary
Werelooking for a Process Design Engineer to join our Design Team and play a key role in shaping the treatment solutions that support vital water and wastewater infrastructure.
In this roleyoullcontribute to the planning development and delivery of process designs across a variety of technical projects working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure designs are effective efficient and compliant with regulatory and industry the creation of key process documentationsuch as flow diagrams mass balances P&IDs and process control philosophieswhile helping to drive innovation sustainability and operational excellence.
From design optimisation to participation in HAZOP studies and project reviewsyoullbe central to delivering treatment solutions that perform reliably and sustainably for our clients.
Please note that the role requires you to be in the office or on site at least 3 times a week.

Experience
-
35 years of experience in process engineering ideally within the water or wastewater sector.

Experience working on treatment plants or similar processdriven infrastructure.

Understanding of water quality standards and environmental regulations.
Knowledge & Skills

Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a practical solutiondriven approach.

Effective communicator able to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.

Wellorganised and detailoriented capable of managing tasks independently.

Proactive eager to learn and comfortable working in both technical and projectfocused environments.

Good understanding of water and wastewater treatment processes and technologies.

Familiarity with relevant regulatory and industry standards.
Essential Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Chemical/Process Engineering Environmental Engineering or related field.
