Private Client Legal Assistant

On behalf of our client we are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Private Client Legal Assistant to join their established practice based in this key role you will work directly alongside experienced Private Client fee earners delivering seamless operational backing across a varied caseload. From drafting legal documentation to building strong client relationships you will play an essential role in maintaining exceptional standards of client care and service.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate legal documentation client correspondence and case files with precision and efficiency.

  • Support fee earners with routine billing processes compliance checks and file management procedures.

  • Serve as a friendly and key point of contact for client enquiries conducting professional liaisons both in person and via phone.

  • Monitor key procedural deadlines track pending actions and ensure case progression remains on schedule.

  • Deliver compassionate highly professional client care offering supportive communication during complex or sensitive legal matters.

Qualifications

  • Prior administrative or assistant experience within a legal environment preferably supporting Private Client matters.

  • Strong digital literacy with confidence using technology and legal AI tools to optimize everyday workflows.

  • Proactive and positive approach to caseload organization with a strong sense of personal accountability.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and proven multi-tasking skills within a fast-paced team environment.

  • Collaborative mindset with outstanding interpersonal skills and a commitment to empathetic high-calibre client service.
