• Build complex production-grade AI agent systems from 0 to 1
• Architect distributed systems for enterprise healthcare environments
• Work across LLMs agent orchestration tool calling multi-turn routing and MCP integrations
• Own system architecture scalability and reliability
• Stay deeply hands-on while providing technical guidance to other engineers

• 7 years building complex production systems
• Recent hands-on experience as a Staff Principal Senior ML/AI or Senior Software Engineer
• Proven from 0 to 1 startup engineering experience
• Strong Python and ML/AI engineering background
• Shipped experience with AI agents tool calling agent harnesses or multi-turn systems
• Strong systems thinking and distributed-systems experience
• High agency and comfort operating in ambiguous early-stage environments
• Based in Europe / EMEA

• Healthcare or clinical systems experience
• HIPAA audit trails or regulated-data environments
• Deep Data Science / Machine Learning background
• Advanced agent infrastructure MCP routing and prompt-management experience
• Previous experience at high-growth AI-native startups
• Strong Math Physics Computer Science ML or related academic background
