Were looking for a Principal Solutions Engineer (SE) that will report to the Director of Solutions this role you will drive business development and sales growth on a national scale by providing technical expertise competitive positioning and product evaluation across multiple verticals to support prospective customers. You are expected to work from our London office twice per week.

• Serve as technical expert on systems integrations during major sales opportunities including the preparation and delivery of proposals RFPs and custom proof-of-concepts evaluations to demonstrate OneTrusts integration capabilities to meet client objectives
• Lead the technical deep dive discussions to architect integrations and advise customers on best practices
• Support Sales Teams with client meetings presentations and custom integration design options
• Coordinates with internal R&D technical integrations partner integrations teams to influence product capabilities as well as future direction
• Drive Sales and Marketing efforts in production of high-quality sales proposals and supporting assets
• Maintain all sales cycle activities within the CRM system

• A strong communicator and presenter adept at conveying complex ideas clearly and effectively
• A collaborative team player who excels in cross-functional partnerships influencing key stakeholders at all levels and driving toward shared objectives
• Empathetic to customer needs capable of pinpointing pain points and delivering tailored solutions

• A Bachelors degree in a relevant engineering or business field
• 8 years of relevant experience in a Solution Engineering Management Consulting or a similar role
• Experience and understanding of GRC TPRM Ethics.
• A proven track record of successfully executing customer engagements throughout the customer journey including discovery product demonstrations and proof projects
• Tangible experience within the software industry is advantageous
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with experience interfacing with senior leadership and executives
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities effectively
