We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Rugbyto assist with the appointment of a Plasterer on a 3-month contract likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.

Rate of Pay: 16.10 - 20.39 per hour

Summary:

Rugby Borough Council is seeking a Multi Trade Plasterer to join its Property Services Team. The successful candidate will carry out property repairs and maintenance demonstrating professional skills and experience across various building trades while delivering high-quality services to customers.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out professional plastering and multi-trade repair works.
• Undertake repairs across flooring fencing painting and decorating carpentry and plumbing.
• Work independently and as part of a team to complete maintenance tasks.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and complete work within agreed timescales.
• Deliver excellent customer service and communicate politely with residents.

Essential Requirements:

• Professional plastering skills and experience.
• Knowledge and experience across several building trades including repairs and maintenance.
• Full valid UK Driving Licence.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
• You should have right to work in U.K
• This role requires aBasic DBS
