A thriving secondary school in Hemel Hempstead Hertfordshire is seeking a Performing Arts Technician to support its drama music and performance activities.
The successful candidate will assist with the technical delivery of school productions rehearsals and performances and will work closely with teachers and students.
Key duties will include:
Preparing performance spaces
Setting up sound and lighting
Operating technical equipment
Supporting rehearsals
Assisting with productions
Maintaining technical equipment
Carrying out basic technical checks
Supporting students during practical sessions
Preparing equipment for performances
Ensuring equipment is safely stored
Previous experience in theatre events stage production or performing arts would be advantageous.
